The activities of the Wosusokas Regional SPAM IC consist of the activities of :

a. Stage I : Detailed Engineering Design and Tender Documents: 1) Inception phase; 2) Review of Existing Detailed Engineering Design; 3) Preparation of Tender/Bidding Documents for Procurement of Works and Goods; 4) Review and Facilitate the Construction Permits

b. Stage II : Assistance during Tendering: 1) Tender process; 2) Bid Evaluation Process; 3) Contract Negotiation; 4) Award:

c. Stage III : Supervision of Construction Works and Supplies

d. Stage IV : Assistance during Defects Notification Period and Closure of Project.

The activity of stage IV will be carried out after project handing over from the Contractors to CMO.
